Noureen Dwulf was born on February 28th 1984 on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. Her interest to become an actress was never a thing. The School of the Arts of Boston University was where she first began to establish the basis for the rest of her acting career. Noureen was a part-time auditioner for various roles soon after graduation. She was cast in 2005. got her first role as a key character in an upcoming film titled West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened at other film festivals all over the globe following its premier at Sundance Film Festival 2005. The film also took home an Oscar in the category of Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 79th Academy Awards which helped her career. She then went on to be a part of Ghost World (2002), which garnered a lot of praise and garnered her Golden Globe nomination.
