Noureen is born in New York City on 28 February 1984. The desire to be an actress has been constant. Her career began when she attended the School of the Arts at Boston University. Noureen began auditioning for roles shortly after her graduation. In 2005, she was offered an important role in a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in other festival screenings around the globe following its premier at the Sundance Film Festival 2005. In 2007, it received an Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film.
