Katherine Heigl speaks with the world regarding her "white bubble life" and how it has influenced how she raises her adopted multiracial children. The actress from "Firefly Lane", revealed to a reporter that it was not important what color her skin was to her. But after having a conversation with her Korean-American adopted older sister, she realised the distinction in the way people were treated by her. "I inquired of Meg what she thought about being different when she went out with our parents and the times she was out by herself. Meg said, 'Oh yes, I've seen the whole thing I've seen it all! Heigl talked to parents about when she realized the naivety of her actions. She confessed that she was mad however she was also aware of it was necessary to use her anger to support her daughters. Heigl along with her husband of 13 years -- the singer Josh Kelley -- have four-year-old son Joshua Bishop Kelley, Joshua Bishop Kelley, Jr. They have took in Nancy Leigh (age 12) from South Korea and Adalaide (age 8), who is black and was adopted in 2009.
